We accept cash (Dollars & Indonesian Rupiah) and for Credit cards (VISA & MASTER). Checks are not accepted.
If you are obliged to cancel a booking, please contact beji ayu spa at least 24 hours in advance. You could also change your reservation to another time. Please contact beji ayu spa soon to change your reservation time.
Please check-in at the Reception Desk at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa treatment. To ensure that all guests receive their full treatment, late arrivals cannot be guaranteed an extension of treatment time.

Booking does not require a credit card guarantee down payment or do we charge any cancellation fee but we sincerely hope for your commitment. You may cancel your booking at anytime but we appreciate early notice.
